Below is our typical new client workflow, so you can understand what to expect.

The REVIEW CALL: This initial conversation is designed to better understand your goals and concerns, answer any initial questions, and confirm whether our program is an appropriate fit.
(This is not a sales call. The purpose of this process is to ensure that we provide support only when appropriate and aligned.)

This 2-Hour Consultation with Dr. Potters is the first step towards working together on a 1:1 basis. Once preliminary questions are answered and assuming both parties see a fit, we will get you scheduled for a deeper evaluation which may take place virtually, or in person in Westlake Village, CA.
This Consultation will include:
Review of Comprehensive Medical History
Review of any recent and historical test results (if available) such as the Dexa (DXA) Scan, Trabecular Bone Score (TBS), PINP, CTX or others.
Discussion around existing concerns, goals, and emotions related to bone health or other conditions that add complexities to achieving those goals
Discussion around action items and next steps if continuing to work together in our Intensive program.
Post-Meeting written re-cap including individual assessment, feedback around concerns and goals discussed, and a list of concrete recommendations for future actions designed to address those concerns and goals.
A follow up call to check in and discuss next steps if appropriate.
